Important Order Information

Digital Proof Approval: After you order, our designer will send a proof image for review. Please approve it within 1 business day to avoid delays. If we do not hear back, production may proceed using the details provided with your order.

Delivery: Each sign is made to order. Allow approximately 3 weeks from purchase to delivery.

Returns: Personalised signs cannot be returned for change of mind. If your sign arrives with an issue, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos so we can help.
