Made-to-Order: What This Means for Returns
Because each sign is personalised and produced to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind once production has begun. This includes changes to wording, colour, size, or design after approval.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We know this is a significant purchase, which is why we take every step to make sure you love your sign before it goes into production.
Our Design Approval Process
For products that include a design proof, you'll receive a digital proof for your review. This is your opportunity to:
- Check all wording, spelling, and layout
- Confirm colours and finish
- Request any adjustments
Please review your proof and respond within 1 day of receiving it to approve the design or request adjustments and avoid delays.
If you do not respond, production may proceed without confirmation, as outlined in the relevant product listing. Please check your proof carefully and contact us promptly if any changes are needed.
Production Errors & Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of every sign we produce. If your order arrives with a defect, damage in transit, or differs from your approved proof, we will make it right — at no cost to you.
Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
This timeframe does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We'll assess your case promptly and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Because our signs are custom-made, like-for-like exchanges are not available for change-of-mind orders. However, if you received an incorrect or faulty item, we will prioritise a remake or exchange as part of our quality guarantee.
