Contact MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving the item if you are not satisfied, along with photographic evidence of any issue.

 

Custom Banners

Customised/personalised banners cannot be returned if you change your mind.  An assessment for a refund will be made if the item is damaged or not as described.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. To enquire about the cost of shipping to a different destination, other than Australia, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every piece is custom-crafted with care and precision to reflect the unique character of your home or business.  Since all signs are made to order they require a standard three-week lead time from when the order is placed until delivery.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
