Refund policy

At Beebi Belle, many of our products are custom-made to order and personalised specifically for you. For these items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beebi_belle@outlook.com with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a swift replacement or resolution at no cost to you.

Design Approval Before production begins, our design team will send you a digital proof for approval. Please review and approve your proof within 24 hours. By approving your proof, you confirm that all personalisation details are correct. We cannot accept returns for errors confirmed in an approved proof.

Incorrect Personalisation Details Please double-check all personalisation details at checkout. We produce signs exactly as specified. If an error is made on our end, we will replace your item at no charge.

Change of Mind As all signs are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has commenced.
