Custom & Personalised Items — Production Timeframes All of our custom-made signs and personalised products are handcrafted to order. Before shipping, your item goes through our design and production process:

• Design Proof: After placing your order, our team will send you a digital proof within 1–2 business days for your approval.
• Production: Once your proof is approved, please allow approximately 3 weeks for your item to be made before it is dispatched.

We appreciate your patience — every sign is made with care, just for you.

Shipping Timeframes Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 5–10 business days
• Express Shipping (Australia): 2–4 business days (additional charge applies)
• International Shipping: Timeframes vary by destination. Please contact us before ordering for an estimate.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Delays During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, public holidays), production and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
