DESIGN PROCESS: Your design will be customised to your requirements. Once you have chosen the size and placed an order, you will be sent a PROOF IMAGE from one of our designers who will work with you to finalise your design.

We request that you validate the proof within 1 day for us to proceed with manufacturing. No response within the required timeframe may result in the item being sent to you without confirmation.  In these cases, no refunds will be provided.

PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES:  Every piece is custom-crafted with care and precision to reflect the unique character of your home or business.  Since all signs are made to order they require a standard three-week lead time from when the order is placed until delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:  Contact MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving the item if you are not satisfied, along with photographic evidence of any issue.  Customised signs cannot be returned if you change your mind.  An assessment for a refund will be made if the item is damaged or not as described.
