RETURNS & REFUNDS:  Contact MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving the item if you are not satisfied, along with photographic evidence of any issue.  Customised signs cannot be returned if you change your mind.  An assessment for a refund will be made if the item is damaged or not as described.
