Digital proof approval: Our design team will email a digital proof after purchase. Please review and approve it within 24 hours. If we do not hear back, we will proceed to production using your original order details.

Made-to-order delivery: Please allow approximately 3 weeks from purchase to delivery.

Returns: As this sign is personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery protection: If your sign arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can help arrange a replacement. This timeframe does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
