Returns & Refunds: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence of any issue. Custom banners cannot be returned for change of mind.
Cancellations: A $9.95 fee applies if you cancel after confirming your order details. Once printed, cancellations are not accepted.

No response within the required timeframe may result in the banner being sent to you without confirmation. In these cases, no refunds will be provided.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Contact MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving the item if you are not satisfied, along with photographic evidence of any issue. Customised banners cannot be returned if you change your mind. An assessment for a refund will be made if the item is damaged or not as described.
CANCELLATIONS
Once you respond to a confirmation email of the customisations you require, and the date of when you need the banner, the order process commences. If you require a cancellation after this time, there will be a $9.95 fee.
Once the banner has been printed, we can no longer offer a cancellation because you change your mind or need the banner earlier than originally stated.
