Multiple item purchasing can qualify for combined postage. This means depending on the items you choose, you can save money when you buy more than one item!! 


Simply email us when you have finished shopping and we will confirm the postage price for you. 


Postage for Banners

The Postage costs include the packaging/ handling fee. Once we have received your cleared payment, your banner will be ordered within 10 business days.

It can take up to 4 weeks for banners to be customised and delivered.

Postage for all other items

Postage is calculated by the weight and size of the items that are to be posted. The Postage costs include the packaging and handling fee within Australia only.


All orders are dispatched from Melbourne.


Once we have received your cleared payment, your items will be posted within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). We will send via regular Australia Post, unless requested otherwise (Express Post, Registered Mail incur extra costs).

Payments received on Fridays or on the weekend are dispatched on Monday*


It can take up to 10 business days for items to reach their destination via regular standard post.


Please note, deliveries to:

  • regional areas;

  • remote areas (eg. rural properties);

  • Northern Territory; and

  • North Queensland during wet season

generally take between 2 to 3 business days more, to arrive at their destination.


Important Note: from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control.  We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and delivery charges are non-refundable.
